I came across this quote from the UNESCO preamble,
"Since wars begin in the minds of men, it is in the minds of men that the defence of peace must be constructed."

In all debates the detached observer, eyes not clouded by emotion, sees the truth on both sides. How is that possible, since seemingly contradicting facts cannot both be true? It is perspective not veracity that changes. CultUre Peace is a tribute to enduring principles that confer us our humanity despite the CultUre Wars that rage all around us.
